Why Altitude Attitude Exists

Altitude Attitude was created to offer a different kind of snowboard experience.

One where riders don’t feel rushed, judged, or pressured to perform.

Many people want to improve their riding but feel held back by fear, confusion, or past experiences that didn’t feel supportive. Altitude Attitude exists to meet riders where they are — and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Progression doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when riders feel safe enough to learn.

Our Approach

We focus on how people actually learn.

That means paying attention to:

success

Movement and mechanics on snow

Confidence

Confidence, fear, and mindset

decision

Decision-making on snow

mission

Individual goals and learning styles

Rather than pushing riders into terrain they’re not ready for, we build understanding step by step. The goal isn’t quick results — it’s sustainable progress that carries forward long after a session, camp, or trip ends.

What We Offer

Altitude Attitude programs are designed to support riders at different stages of their progression.

Programs Include

  • Virtual snowboard coaching
  • Women’s snowboard camps
  • International ski and snowboard tours
  • USASA competition team support
  • Private coaching experiences

Each program is structured to provide guidance, feedback, and support — not pressure

Founder-Led by Design

Altitude Attitude is founded and led by Stephanie Wilkerson.

Stephanie is the primary point of contact for all clients and oversees every camp, tour, and coaching experience. From the first conversation to the final day on snow, she ensures each program aligns with rider goals, ability levels, and comfort.

This isn’t a large operation where riders are passed from person to person.

It’s intentionally small, personal, and guided.

The Coaches

Depending on the program, additional coaches join to support specific terrain, disciplines, or group sizes.

Each coach is selected intentionally based on:

Experience

Certification

Communication style

Support progression in a calm, respectful way

A Community Built on Support

Altitude Attitude isn’t about competition or comparison.

It’s about shared experience.

Many riders arrive feeling unsure of themselves. They leave feeling more capable, more confident, and more connected — both to their riding and to the people around them.

That sense of support is just as important as technical coaching.
